The product is designed and manufactured according to API Spec 6A”Equipment Specification of Well-head & X’mas Tree, which matches and is interchangeable with any equipment conforming to API 6A specification.
This is a non-return valve, which realizes the metal-to-metal seal by the pressure grows, the better the sealing effect is. The valve chamber can bear the pressure of the pipeline anytime.

The bonnet is connected with the valve body with bolt, the seals include the sealing ring in the bonnet and the seal in the valve body. The assembly gap between the bonnet and the valve body is minimized to as little as 0 in design theory, which reduces the erosion of the bolt and the bolt hole by the corrosive medium, and the bolt load is reduced as well.
The sealing face between valve core and valve body is overlay welded with hard alloy of good abrasion resistant and anti corrosion property. The valve core is made of sulfide-resistant steel and the other parts adopt the process of hardness limit so that the valve is applicable in the H2S environment.
Operation Instruction
The valve is installed according to the medium flow direction indicated on the valve body.
The valve core moves and seals with both up-flowing pressure and down-flowing pressure and down-flowing pressure, therefore, the valve core shall not be stuck.
Maintenance
Replace the valve core and the sealing piece.
The valve should be placed in the dry and airy room, and the inlet and outlet are sealed properly.
Discharge the pressure inside the valve cavity, dismount the bonnet bolt, take out the bonnet. Take out the valve core, replace it with a new core. When replacing the valve core, the core and the valve body shall be ground together.
Check whether the bonnet sealing ring is in good condition, if not, replace it immediately.
